THE YOGA PLACE 2025-26 200HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

A journey to deepen your practice, awaken your voice, and explore yoga in ways class alone can’t offer.

This Training Is for You If…

  • You’re curious about more than poses—you want to dive into yoga’s philosophy, storytelling, and sutras.

  • You want to explore movement—arm balances, inversions, and modifications—with confidence.

  • You’re a wellness professional or teacher ready to expand your skills and presence.

What Makes Our Training Different

Many programs stop at anatomy and physiology. Ours goes further, focusing on biomechanics and kinesiology—the sciences of movement and variation.

You’ll also gain tools in trauma-informed practices, sequencing, and creative cueing.
